In 2011 I was in the last year of my animation studies at Tomas Bata University. I developed a special technique for creating specific look for my graduation film. For the rain splashes I made several black ink splatters on white paper, then inversed the colors, made sequences out of them which I applied to the shots.
Sound for the movie was made by my brother Honza. We created our own bank of sounds and noises
(foot steps, car hitting, glass breaking, rain...)
After successful graduation I went to the festivals. In Annecy I met one of my animation heroes Bill Plympton. After 2 years of running through festivals I finally put my film online and got it staff picked on vimeo.
